Dutch funk formation Supermoon dropped their latest single ‘Charity’ and it’s another step deeper into the cosmic groove. Known for crafting infectious 70s-inspired funk, Supermoon pulls influences from legends like Sly and the Family Stone and The Meters, but always with their own extraterrestrial twist.

The result? A heady mix of deep pocket grooves, razor-sharp harmonies, and rhythm accents that fly past your ears like funk-fueled comets. ‘Charity’ captures all of that and more: it’s tight, soulful, and dripping with character.

Led by guitarist and vocalist Daan Krakers, Supermoon features Solon Carpay (bass), Peter Weissink (drums), Joris IJland (keys), and Artur Hodes (guitar). Together, they form a rhythm machine that brings vintage sounds into the now—always raw, always alive.

With ‘Charity’, Supermoon invites you to move, reflect, and most of all: feel. It’s funk with a message, wrapped in grooves that don’t let go.

The single is available on all major streaming platforms!
